If you change your mind for any reason, you may cancel your order from the moment you purchase and up to 14 days after receiving your items.
If your order has not been dispatched you will receive your refund in full, as soon as possible. Depending on your bank and your payment method, refunds can take 3-7 working days to appear in your account. To cancel your order, please send an email to email@example.com with your order number and a note about your request to cancel.
If you receive your item and find its not the-one for you, simply pop an email over to firstname.lastname@example.org, to let me know what you'd like to return, wrap it back up, (ideally in the original packaging) and a return address will be provided.
Please note that return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Your refund will be processed upon receipt of the return, providing it is in a saleable condition.

In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged, faulty or it's not what you ordered, pop an email across to email@example.com with details and photos so we can get it sorted for you. From there, we will do all we can to make it right. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Please have the receipt at hand if you can.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. When your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, sample sale, cut fabric, made-to-order or gift cards.
